MH Tantalum Sheet / Plates are produced from electron-beam vacuum melted (EBM) ingots and processed through precision rolling and annealing to ensure uniform microstructure, low impurity content, and stable mechanical performance.

Tantalum Sheet / Plate Overview

Tantalum Plate is manufactured from high-purity tantalum in accordance with ASTM B708, offering exceptional corrosion resistance, ultra-high melting point, and excellent formability. Thanks to its naturally formed dense oxide layer (Ta₂O₅), tantalum plate delivers long-term reliability in aggressive chemical and high-temperature environments where conventional metals fail.

MH Manufacturing Process – Electron Beam Vacuum Melting

We adopt Electron Beam Vacuum Melting (EB) as the core melting process for tantalum ingots.
