Manufacturing Capability

 

MH specializes in the production of complex, critical functional components, with extensive experience in machining micro-parts and high-precision assemblies. The company can design specialized tooling and fixtures based on part characteristics to ensure machining accuracy and production efficiency.

 

MH is proficient in five-axis machining, micro-machining, and complex part assembly processes, enabling efficient completion of mass production tasks. The production process covers cutting, milling, boring, grinding, and assembly, ensuring that each part meets stringent technical specifications. MH also has experience in producing high-pressure components, capable of stably machining critical components for hydraulic, fuel, and gas systems at pressures up to tens of MPa.

High Geometric Tolerance Machining

MH supports high geometric tolerance machining for precision parts where coaxiality, cylindricity, perpendicularity, and flatness directly affect assembly accuracy, sealing performance, rotation stability, and service life.

 

Typical achievable capability examples include:

- Coaxiality: 0.003 mm

- Cylindricity: 0.002 mm

- Perpendicularity: 0.005 mm

- Flatness: 0.005 mm

Final tolerance capability depends on part size, material, structure, machining process, heat treatment, and inspection method. MH recommends drawing review before confirming manufacturability and tolerance control strategy.

5-Axis Machining

MH has dozens of 5-axis machining center like Mazak i600, DMU50 and strong ability for 5-axis machining complex precision components. 5-axis machining helps reduce repeated clamping, improve positioning accuracy, and support complex part structures with multiple surfaces, difficult angles, or strict geometric relationships.

 

For MWD and downhole tool components, machining quality can directly affect sealing, assembly fit, vibration resistance, and long-term reliability. 5-axis machining and tight process control help reduce accumulated positioning error and improve manufacturing stability for complex functional parts.

Thin wall Machining

MH is familiar with the special processes of machining thin-walled parts, ensuring high dimensional accuracy and part strength, and is suitable for the production of high-pressure components such as aerospace hydraulic quick couplings and valve assemblies.

 

Relying on high-precision CNC machine tools and precision testing equipment, combined with years of experience in manufacturing high-pressure components, MH can reliably complete the machining of complex thin-walled structures.
