Precise Positioning

Through a high-precision fit of the outer diameter, it fixes the internal sensor/circuit module in a designated axial position on the sub, ensuring coaxiality between the module and the drill string axis.

Locking and Anti-Loosening

The threaded end can engage with the sub housing or other components, combined with a rounded (R3.1±0.1mm) curved surface fit structure, preventing components from loosening in the high-frequency vibration environment downhole.

Buffering Protection

The thin-walled structure with a rounded transition (marked as "recessed area of thin-walled part" on the drawing) buffers drilling impacts, preventing damage to internal precision components from rigid collisions.
