OILFIELD MWD Bridge Retainer is a downhole tool component, a MWD component, used as Clamping blocks next to the circumferentially slotted structure of the antenna radome or shield, limiting plates for bearings / sleeves / liners.

Product Introduction

OILFIELD MWD Bridge Retainer is pressed onto the base by pins at both ends, clamping the fixed component (such as MWD thin-walled sleeve, MWD bushing, MWD shielding ring, MWD slider, etc.). This ensures the stability of the position and orientation of the assembly/slot/hole, preventing off-center loading, loosening, or interference.

Key Technical Challenges

Small size + multiple features, one-time fitting accuracy;
Geometric tolerances are guaranteed by the process datum system;
