  • Ultra-small module design: m0.3, with extremely small tooth profile, requiring extremely high machining precision.
  • High-precision tooth profile control: DIN 6 (gear hobbing), DIN 5 (gear grinding).
  • High coaxiality of shaft-hole, the hole diameter is Ø2mm. The coaxiality between the tooth profile and the hole directly determines the system's operational stability.

  • The tooth surface Ra ≤ 0.4, making it suitable for low-noise systems.
